Appointments

Reception is staffed Monday to Friday 8:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday 8:30am until 12:00noon. When booking appointments, please inform the receptionist if there is a vet that you would prefer to see. Please tell us what the appointment is for, and how many animals you wish to bring. This allows extra time to be scheduled if necessary, or for an appointment to be made at a quiet time. If vou are unable to attend an appointment, please let the receptionist know, so that we can reschedule your appointment and free the original one for another client. Appointments with nurses are available for routine procedures such as repeat injections, dressing changes, weight checks, tick extractions and suture removals.

24 Hour Service

In common with all veterinary surgeries, we are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year for emergencies or urgent cases. In all cases contact the surgery first for advice (01635 46565). Outside normal hours you will automatically reach our professional answering service, who will immediately put you in contact with the duty vet.

HomeVisits

Because the full range of facilities, drugs and assistance are available at the clinic, we would advise that most cases should be seen there. We are, however, happy to offer home visits. It would be helpful if these could be booked at least a day in advance. There are certain times of the day when it is difficult for a vet to leave the surgery, although emergencies will always be given priority.
